Shipping: FedEx and EMS
Every part ships from South Korea. The site calculates the FedEx rate for your address at checkout. EMS (Korea Post) is available on request.
Payment: PayPal
You pay on PayPal's own secure page, so we never see your card details. Eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

We cannot take the part back. Send us your VIN before you order and we will try to check that it fits.

We ship each part exactly as we received it. What you see in the photos is what you get.

It was damaged in transit
We refund the price of the part. Send us photos of the part, the box and the shipping label.
Questions and answers
Will I get exactly the part in the photos?
Yes. Every listing is one real part, and the photos show that exact part. Please look at all the photos before you order: marks and scratches are part of its condition.
Will it fit my car?
Write to us before you order. Send the link to the part and your VIN, and we will try to check. Make, model and year alone are not enough, because trim, market and connectors can differ. All donor cars are left-hand drive, so “driver side” means the left side of the car.
Is shipping included in the price?
No. The part price and shipping are separate. You see the FedEx rate for your address at checkout, before you pay.
Can the shipping cost change after I order?
Yes. At checkout the site estimates the weight and size of the part, and the estimate can be wrong. After we pack the part we know the real figures. If the parcel is lighter or smaller, we refund the difference. If it is heavier or bigger, we ask you to pay the difference.
Are import duties and taxes included?
No. Our prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. You pay them in your country when the parcel arrives. For some countries, including the USA, we can ship by EMS with the duties prepaid: ask us before you order.
Can I return a part?
Sorry, no. These are used parts and they are sold as they are. Please check the photos and the part number before you order, and ask us if you are not sure. If a part is damaged in transit, we refund the price of the part.
