Returns and condition of parts
Every part here is used. It is sold as it is, without warranty and without returns. Please read this page before you order.
No returns
It does not fit, or you changed your mind
We cannot take the part back. Check the part number and the photos, and ask us before you order.
Refund
It was damaged in transit
We refund the price of the part. Send us photos of the part, the box and the shipping label.
Refund
It is not the part in the photos
If the part you receive is not the one in the photos, write to us with photos of it. We refund your payment.
Condition
Each part was taken off a car at a dismantling yard in South Korea. The photos show that exact part. Its color, marks and scratches are what you will receive, so please look at every photo before you order.
No testing, no warranty
We cannot test parts when they reach our office. We ship each part exactly as we received it, and we give no warranty that it works. This includes electrical and mechanical parts.
Returns
We are sorry, but we do not accept returns. Used parts are sold as they are. Please make sure the part is the one you need before you order. We are glad to help: send us the link to the part and your VIN.
Damaged in transit
If a part is damaged during shipping, we refund the price of the part. Write to us as soon as you can and send:
- your order number;
- photos of the damaged part;
- photos of the box, inside and outside, and of the shipping label.
Please keep the part and all the packaging until we reply.
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
