Questions and answers

The parts

Will I get exactly the part in the photos?

Yes. Every listing is one real part, and the photos show that exact part. Please look at all the photos before you order: marks and scratches are part of its condition.

Can I order two of the same part?

Each listing is a single part. If you need two, look for another listing with the same part number, or ask us. When a part is bought, its listing leaves the catalog.

Will it fit my car?

Write to us before you order. Send the link to the part and your VIN, and we will try to check. Make, model and year alone are not enough, because trim, market and connectors can differ. All donor cars are left-hand drive, so “driver side” means the left side of the car.

Finding a part

Why can I not find a part by its name or number?

The catalog brings together listings from many dismantling yards. A yard may have typed the number with a mistake, used a different name, or left a field empty. Choose the make, model and year, leave the search box empty and look through all the parts for your vehicle. It may be listed under a name you did not expect.

Shipping

How do you ship?

From South Korea, mainly by FedEx and EMS (Korea Post). The site calculates the FedEx rate at checkout. If you prefer EMS, write to us before you pay.

Is shipping included in the price?

No. The part price and shipping are separate. You see the FedEx rate for your address at checkout, before you pay.

Can the shipping cost change after I order?

Yes. At checkout the site estimates the weight and size of the part, and the estimate can be wrong. After we pack the part we know the real figures. If the parcel is lighter or smaller, we refund the difference. If it is heavier or bigger, we ask you to pay the difference.

What if the part is damaged in transit?

We refund the price of the part. Write to us as soon as you can, with your order number and photos of the part, the box and the shipping label. Keep the part and the packaging until we reply.

Payment and duties

How can I pay?

With PayPal. You pay for the part and the shipping together at checkout.

Is it safe to pay?

Yes. You pay on PayPal's own secure page, so we never see your card details. Eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Are import duties and taxes included?

No. Our prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. You pay them in your country when the parcel arrives. For some countries, including the USA, we can ship by EMS with the duties prepaid: ask us before you order.

Can I pay the duties in advance?

For some countries, including the USA, yes. We ship by EMS (Korea Post) with the duties prepaid. Ask us before you order: we tell you the amount, you pay it to us in advance, and we pay the duties for you. You receive the parcel with nothing more to pay.

Returns and warranty

Can I return a part?

Sorry, no. These are used parts and they are sold as they are. Please check the photos and the part number before you order, and ask us if you are not sure. If a part is damaged in transit, we refund the price of the part.

Do you test the parts? Is there a warranty?

No. We cannot test parts at our office. We ship each part exactly as we received it, and there is no warranty. What you see in the photos is what you get.
